Hill Country Barbecue – Market in NYC
I have an article in the Texas edition of the New York Times this Sunday. It’s available on the New York times website – When You Can Take the Barbecue Out of Texas – and is also in the print edition in Texas. I’ve been reading the print edition of the New York Times for 20+ years; in recent years I read it on Sundays here in Houston. I’ll admit, seeing my words and name in that instantly-recognizable NYT font and layout is pretty cool.
